Hotfix is not complete will not be complete and you will not able to log in until the login time : 12 PM PDT, 2pm CDT, 3pm EDT, 8pm in the UK. Providing they do not need to extend it longer. check with them on twitter for updates https://twitter.com/BungieHelp
