Crossplay Help
Hello iam not sure if this is the right place to post this in but iam having a strange issue. My crossplay has a playstation and xbox accounts linked to my steam account which are completely foreign to me. iam unable to unlink since i dont have the accounts info. Iam really not sure how this happen. Is there a way i can request bungie to help me unlinking these accounts? iam a bit concerned tnx

1 ReplyHi there! In order for accounts to be removed from profiles or Cross Save be deactivated, all accounts must be authenticated. Bungie cannot remove any accounts from any profiles for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you can't log into the account, you will never be able to unlink it. In order to unlink it you must be able to log into it for security reasons. Bungie can't remove platform accounts, only we can because it requires authentication that Bungie cannot do.
