Beyond Light DLC Campain is being blocked by Light Fall.
I recently bought a legacy collection to have the old content and unlock the stasis. What a surprise I got when one of the main quests to unlock the aspect requires nightfall, which in turn needs the latest DLC - Light Fall.

To answer your post before you edited it: There is nothing illegal happening here. You can access every part of the beyond Light light expansion. Nightfall has always contained content from various expansions.
