For the shader issue, its unlikely anything will/can be done unless you have evidence you had the shader to begin with
For the legs issue, you're wearing them so they wont show up in the transmog menu. Switch to a different pair of boots then you can see them in the transmog menu and unlock them as an ornament.

The shader does not even appear in collections as locked/unlocked, so it seems to be missing entirely For my legs, I am wearing the 2020 solstice armor, not the 2022 version (candescent armor) The issue isn't entirely worrisome, but more of a nuisance haha

oh right, I see what you mean for the leg armor haha. Silly me. Thanks for pointing that out! And I didn't realize the shader was hidden, I'll have to check to see if I have a screenshot of me wearing it. Thanks for the input!

Can you go on to an armor piece, head to the shader section and look for the shader itself? found some older threads from LF launch of people saying they're missing it, but its still showing up for others.

you're right, I found it lol https://imgur.com/a/gRI9GmA I didn't realize it was hidden from collections so I thought it was missing! Should have just checked myself instead of being negligent And after changing leg armor, I was able to see the candescent ornament and unlock it, then I switched back to my candescent leg armor Thanks a bunch!
