Armor not changing with loadouts

ISSUE: Armor pieces not changing when swaping loadouts
REPRO STEPS: Switch between different loadouts, that have different visuals and mods. Changing the discount mod on the seasonal artifact seems to have an effect.
ACTUAL RESULT: Arms not switching with loadout
EXPECTED RESULT: Arms switch with loadout.

Same problem, also arms only, everything else switches fine. I use the same armor for all loadouts and usually the mods switch out fine.

This is happening to me too, but with a helmet. The visuals and mods don't switch. I'm on a PS5
