Degrading Performance Since Beyond Light

My PC: -AMD Ryzen5 3600 -4x8GB DDR4 3200MHz -RX 6700xt -Resizable BAR is enabled. -XMP is enabled (so my RAM runs at its advertised speed of 3200MHz). -I have the latest AMD Chipset and Graphics Drivers. -My CPU and GPU temperatures are never abnormal. I am able to run anything in my game library without any FPS issues. Even Cyberpunk 2077 runs smoothly. My PC's performance is not an issue. I have resorted to setting my resolution in Destiny 2's video settings to 1280x720 and using AMD's FSR so my game doesn't stutter every second (not exaggerating). It does not matter where I am, or what I'm doing in-game, I suffer constant frame stuttering. Bungie, please, for the love of the Architects, PLEASE prioritize PC performance and optimization. While you're at it, please introduce support for Vulkan and/or DirectX12. Everyone who plays Destiny 2 on PC nowadays, is most certainly playing on a computer that supports Vulkan and/or DirectX12. I do not see why anyone would be playing on PC if their computer couldn't handle Destiny 2 in the first place. I am a loyal consumer. I've been in love with Halo since I've first seen and played it. I've been playing Destiny since Destiny 1's Beta. I have given you my money for over a decade, and I know just as well as anyone else that Bungie was purchased by Sony for $3.6 Billion. Bungie, you have had 2 years since Beyond Light to address and fix the degrading performance of Destiny 2 on PC. The game has been performing worse since Beyond Light. It got noticeably worse when Beyond Light came out, and even more when Witch Queen came out. Now, Lightfall is out, and I can barely even explore and fight in PvE without feeling like the game is playing Red-Light Green-Light with my Graphics Card. It's been somewhere between 7 to 14 months since Sony acquired Bungie. $3.6 Billion / 365 days = $9,863,013 over 12months. Bungie, as far as I know, you have had nearly 10 million dollars to put to good use since just before the release of Witch Queen. You've had $9,863,013 to do whatever you want and need, since last February. Destiny 2's performance on PC has been getting worse since Beyond Light, which was 2 years ago. You've had 3 years since Shadowkeep to add support for DirectX12 and/or Vulkan. Bungie, I love you and your games. PLEASE prioritize PC performance and optimization.
