As a possible fix, try deleting the Lightfall DLC from your storage and installing it again. Bungie is aware players are having issues with digital game licenses.

The platform deals with digital licenses to game expansions and such. -
You just told me to try uninstalling it...? Of course I don't have it installed on my platform now

I already talked to microsoft, they said I owned the content but "the bonuses" of the annual pass arent on my account and only bungie can add them onto it, hence, the case number. Bungie recently tweeted about these licensing issues and that THEY were fixing them

Bungie has never tweeted that they fix anything with licensing. They are simply content creators. Platforms controls the license

Yes but Bungie does not control that. If they find out it's an issue, they will reach out to the platforms. Bungie doesn't control liscensing
