Account DLC issues
After talking with Microsoft online chat support, I was advised to seek support from Bungie in reference to "case number 7013784946".
I apparently own the lightfall annual pass but am "missing it's bonuses" from my account.
Bungie please reply.

Bungie, please! There needs to be a better, direct, support system than using a reddit-style forum.
