I read through the other forum posts. Realized this is an issue on Bungie’s end. Hoping for the best. Miss this game. Playstation does not do refunds for games even launched or downloaded. This game became a paperweight for the moment.
I have been upvoting chicken error posts to hopefully draw more attention to the issue. Twitter has people continuing to tell Bungie about this error since Feb 8th.

This!!! I have been having this same issue, and actually got emailed by Sony the reason why they don't do the refund, and because nothing has been stated by Bungie that the game is in an Unplayable state, they won't issue a refund. I think this whole situation is messed up.
