Collectors edition lightfall emblem did not arrive
I entered in my code from the collectors edition a few weeks back when my stuff arrived. Today when I logged in, some of the other emblems and pre-order items were present, but no collectors emblem arrived. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It goes right to collections immediately after claiming the code. I had my emblem on last week.
