Hi there. Are you signed into your profile with your Steam or Xbox account? After dismissing the message on the Season Progress page, are you able to select Steam characters from a dropdown just below where it says "Season of the Seraph"?

I'm signed on to my steam account and it doesn't show any characters on that screen. No drop-down menu is showing up either.

Try checking on the mobile app or another browser.

On the app it shows my progress for season of the seraph. But on other browsers it still doesn't work.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 2/27/2023 7:38:39 AMThe app will show a "Season of Plunder" banner at the top of the page for unclaimed rewards, if you have any. You can claim any unclaimed rewards from there. Please note players can only claim rewards from the current and most recent previous season.

Unfortunately it is now too late to access Season of the Plunder rewards from any platform. Bungie.net and the mobile app services were taken offline yesterday around 8am Pacific, per [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199271]Bungie's notices[/url]. Now that a new season has started, past rewards can only be claimed from Season of the Seraph. For future reference, on the Director tab of the mobile app, tap on the box that says "Season 20", then you'll see a banner at the top (above current season rank) to access past season unclaimed rewards, if there are any.

As far as I can tell I can't pick up unclaimed rewards even from season of the saraph from the app

What rewards are you trying to claim? Do you get an error message or confirmation that the reward was claimed successfully?

I straight up can't claim them. It doesn't allow me to collect them because there's no option to in the app at least as far as I can see.

Did you try tapping on them? If you see nothing, then you may have already claimed everything that was available for that character during the season. You can select different characters at the top of the screen to check if there's anything available for them.

Yes I tried tapping them. It just tells me what the reward is rather than allowing me to claim them. I left several exotic engrams available to claim but no such luck.

Scratch that. The app finally told me I have unclaimed rewards and now I can claim them.
