Thanks for the suggestion. Still no change. I’m pretty sure it didn’t work because I didn’t by it from the PlayStation store, it came with the disk. I may have had to put in a code however. Regardless, it still didn’t work. Thank you though

You'll need to contact PSN for them to find the issue

No, the code will be already redeemed - you'll need to speak to PSN so they can figure out why the license has gone missing.

PlayStation’s support is having issues (go figure) but once I get a result from them I’ll get back to you guys. Thanks for the help.
