Poorly worded on Bungo's part.
"rewarding" did not mean "more rewards" and they should've known that's how it would be taken.
They meant it needed to feel like more of an accomplishment for beating, which difficulty will help with.
But yeah they worded it terrible and shot themselves in the foot in doing so.

They are telling us all to go scratch Guessing most there have degrees and have an iq higher than 70, it’s either stupidity or typical bingle divisiveness. I don’t think they are stupid. So…..

This is exhausting. If Bungie wanted to tell you to F off, they just would my dude. Poor wording in an article doesn't mean stupid.

People were constantly asking for drop rate increase of meaningful stuff, not to increase the feeling of accomplishment, as that part is on a player. They didn't just worded it terrible, they overheard what was asked for.

No, I'm pretty sure what I said is what happened. Haven't heard a good argument against it that wasn't just typical cynical pessimism. Just FYI, nothing in my original comment, nor this reply, is denying or even claiming what anyone was asking for.
