Woven mail is more like a suit of armor. Damage reduction on all health points. Khepri's horn? You're full of it. That's like saying solar and stasis are the same.

Strand blast suspends targets. Stopping enemies similar to stasis freezing. Khepri's horn sends out a solar blast damaging targets. It's an attack and that's it. How are these the same?
