I've been thinking of ways to revitalize some of the locations in D2. I find myself going to the old open world areas like the EDZ and Dreaming city very little. This may not be an issue for some people but I find little to do in these areas besides the legendary lost sectors and the odd bounty here and there. So I thought why not take the loot pools from old seasons and apply them to specific locations as rewards for public events and lost sectors. Just as an example, the seasonal weapons from season of the lost be added to the dreaming city's loot pool, or the season of the hunt weapons added to the EDZ loot pool.  I think this would give guardians the incentive to go hunt for god rolls weapons on these planets as the meta shifts.
