No response does not mean they're not aware and not working on a solution. It just means they haven't got any information regarding this matter at the current time. Network issues can be tricky to sort out, especially if the issue is outside their network. From what I can tell from the above links, it appears to be a local ISP issue which Bungie has no control over. WEASEL is a user end error code which means there's either an issue with your network or ISP.

    Have u read my other post: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/262323470?sort=0&page=0 I can tell it is not ISP or network on my end. Like i mentioned in my previous post, my bother login to my account and he is in different country and still getting same Immediate Weasel as i did. But when i login his account from my PC, i can play just fine. Not a single error. Just please read my previous post before say something like its users end or ISP issue. This all happen right after Hotfix 6.3.0.5 on last week reset. Common Weasel error when you're in game playing and it happen, that might be users end issue with internet connection. But Immediate Weasel right after pick a character, this is not users end. And like i said many times, it happen since Hotfix 6.3.0.5. So its account issue which is only Bungie can fix it.

    Weasel is a user end error. I'm seeing multiple people reporting it, but they all seem to be from the same region. This points to a local ISP issue. See the network troubleshooting guide for support.   • it's not an ISP issue at all. I have the exact same issue as OP, yet I can logon to my alternate account just fine. on the same network, on the same pc.

    Do not get confuse with all reports saying Weasel error. Those which happen during in game while playing the game, that might be connection issue. But those issue with Immediate Weasel after pick a character, that's not users end issue and those troubleshooting not even working for this kind of issue. If you are confident with your internet connection or ISP and theres no issue when u login your account, am willing to let u access my account to check yourself. If u are not getting Immediate Weasel after pick a character and i will admit that issue is on my end. BUT if u are getting same error, then tell me something i dont know.

    I recommend you don't share your account with anyone. Not only will this get you banned, it is also a massive security risk.   • Am offering you to access my account since u keep saying its users end issue. So that will prove if its true or not. If Bungie gonna ban me because of this, that's just arrogant. Btw, thanks for your standard template reply. Appreciate it.

    Its already prove to me that there is no issue on my end when i can login and play my brother's account with no issue and he cant even login to my account even he is far in other country. Its too obvious its account issue on Bungie side. Why should i offer to random, just to you just now because those reply saying its users end issue really drive me mad.

    When the problem does not occur on their account, they will only think it is a trivial and easy problem to solve. They even ignore the content of your previous post and give some useless help as a matter of course
