It's a bit more complicated, we can't use the Warsats DIRECTLY, this is not going to be a conventional confrontation of using overwhelming force. It's a massive form of the Hive rituals that we've encountered and disrupted before, we just have to figure out how to disrupt and break this particular ritual.
Guardians are no stranger to both asymmetric warfare and dealing with Hive. We'll get it done and we'll have Xivu fall back and learn to respect us as an adversary.
Xivu expects us to face her forces head on, we need to change the rules of engagement and fight on our terms.
Rasputin isn't a stranger to outside of the box answers either, remember how he dealt with Xol and Nokris on Mars..

Nailed it. We can't use the warsat network *directly* against her forces. Xivu is interesting in that her scheme is right there in the open. Her trap is bascially "FITE ME" and her worm will gorge in the violence. Mara is right. We need to introduce a stalemate it will give Xivu pause and put her in the position of having to think outside the box.

Or pull a Kirk/Kobayashi Maru here and change the conditions of the engagement. Go around Xivu. Hey...I wonder if it counts if we manage to get Warsats into the Ascendant Plane and use them there? Hive Rituals have to be carried out to strict specifications and timing, that's pretty out of the box.

Absolutely this. Take the most unexpected, unpredictable step. If she needs certain conditions to start her war, change the conditions.

Again, exactly this. If everything the hive does is based off ritual, which it is, be a reaaaaaal shame if threw a few thousand monkey wrenches into the mix. Im reminded of the vex and h9w they can't predict what we gaurdians can/will do. If her war can only start under certain conditions- change the conditions. "Kirk- Entrerprise, it's been 3 hours, are you ready?"

Guardians don't like to lose.
