Nothing should ever come back. Content should always be new and an expansion of what was already there. All the "come back" crap is why bungie gets away with marketing garbage and putting no effort in.

Can’t believe Bungie was so lazy, they brought back Uldren rather than make a new villain for Forsaken, and they even brought him back again as a guardian rather than create a new guardian! Damn, that would a good argument if this wasn't in #Lore where it is entirely irrelevant. A proper response would be as so: "Op what in the hell have you been smoking? Why on Earth would the Traveler ever resurrect Rhulk, let alone the experimental abomination that was the Caretaker?"
