Allo there,
If you earned them just before the servers went down for a day, they are now lost. Bungie did a rollback of all characters data in order to fix a bug. Unfortunately Bungie can't give you the item so you'd need to earn it again.

I have the collection for it. There is no way to earn it again, considering its a random drop only.

Then you'll need to use the collections version until another drops with higher stats. Bungie won't give you one I'm afraid.
