Let this be a cautionary tale, ALWAYS go to the lighthouse IMMEDIATELY after flawless. You can play as much as you like afterwords just go get your rewards first before you end up messing it up

Op probably changed characters before going to the lighthouse on each. That’s the only logical thing I can think of if they didn’t willingly hop off the game before. If so then geez🤦🏽♂️. Worst mistake I tell you.
