Please tell me which steamer had mentioned the need for a new engine. It can't be coincidence you all think the game needs a new engine on the same day as each other.
Also, please educate me, what exactly is the engine? How does it work? How will "upgrading"it help the game?
I'm very keen to learn from you.

Anyone who's played bungie games for the last 15 years has known they needed a new engine.

It is coming up to 10-11 years since using the Tiger Engine and Bungie did create Tiger Engine from the Blam Engine after 11 years of Halo, so it might actually come to the point where they take pieces of Tiger and implement it into the next Engine which will most likely come out after or during The Final Shape, but that’s just my assumption; because it took them a little longer than they assumed with Tiger, so it might take longer if they try to enhance Tiger. I can’t tell you exactly the engine itself because I don’t know nor do I believe we need a new engine yet….but I do think they need to fix their idea of what a free game is.

Basically the engine is like windows on a pc. Yes its time to update it. The tiger engine has been tapped out for a few years now. This is why they started vaulting things. It cant handle anymore. We are using windows 7 on up to date hardware. It works but does not perform like it should!
