Are you doing the puzzles in Quagmire, Florescent Canal, and Miasma? Ever since the patch to stop people cheesing only those 3 areas count. if you head to a off-shoot section like Alluring Curtain it wont count.

Um, just did one in quagmire earlier, then a couple down towards some temples, but, I guess those don't count. Still, I've done various of these over the course of the year. Seems highly odd that I have not ever triggered the "open a deepsight chest" triumph.

Yeah, i should've explained a bit further. It does seem to be hit or miss - when I was doing the triumph I used the lamp-lighting/symbol shooting ones.
