As above, when wearing Icefall Mantle, the ability charge is 0, and charges from there. And when the character is killed, regardless of how much charge has been accumulated, the ability returns to 0 on respawn. This seems like a very destructive bug to ability regen. As this has been happening for a few months now and, as far as I know, is not mentioned in any Known Issues, I'm hoping this bug can get onto your radar to be patched up. Thank you!
