Do you mean a small buzzing in your ear(s)? You might have Tinnitus.
That’s kinda what I’m guessing it is, is there like idk medicine or like a “cure” for tinnitus?

If you got it too, I hate it for you. Mine’s terrible. Sometimes it’s just a ring but sometimes it’s like a plane taking off right next to me. I’ve found some temporary relief by putting my palms over my ears, fingers behind my head like doing sit-ups. And taping the far back of my head with the tips of my fingers for thirty or so seconds. That often gets me thirty min to an hour of relief. Had an audio range limiter that I used for a while in the culprit ear that worked sometimes too. But mostly, just learn to tune it out.

I just drown it out with other noise. Fans, air conditioning, more fans, & I practically always have headphones on to listen to something.

I'm not a doctor, so I'd rather not give medical advice regarding medicine. I recommend seeing a doctor when you can. -
Nope. Imo, tinnitus sounds less like buzzing, though, and more like ringing.
Nope. Imo, tinnitus sounds less like buzzing, though, and more like ringing.
There are different presentations of tinnitus. There are a few online demos of different types for those trying to pin down theirs. Mine is def the ringing type though, had it for years. Said it before, I'll say it again, tinnitus & migraines are a couple of post-military perks that they never tell you about. Huh, I’ve only ever heard people describe the ringing one—whivh is also what I tend to hear when people try to replicate it. I’ll let my brother (who tried & failed to join the military) that he may have lucked out, though!

Yeah, lots of weapon(s) fire and a good dose of high explosives can take certainly take their toll. Here's a good link for some of the presentations.

That tea kettle one sounds particularly awful. Mine is closest to that 7500hz one, but a lot quieter.
