That's why it's so hard to hit precision shots with it

Keep in mind it’s entirely visual. I’m on controller and I found out that even though your screen goes up a ton, the bullets still land where they should be and doesn’t match up with the reticle. So just control your recoil like you would with a storm chaser and your shots will hit even if your reticle is way above the enemy’s head

Nah dude it’s not don’t worry. You shouldn’t have to jump through those hoops just to hit shots. It’s not your fault it’s the games fault

I have no idea what U mean by jump through those hoops but it's still skill issue as I'd miss anyway

Jumping through hoops is a phrase for doing something unnecessarily difficult or tedious. Also if you don’t own a storm chaser, that’s ok. Just do not compensate for the recoil of your linear even if the recoil is bad. Trust me your shots will land cuz the recoil is a visual glitch and doesn’t guide the bullets
