Spire - Boss Encounter Respawn Bug
Dying during the boss encounter and self-respawning puts your character at the beginning of the Pillory-0 section, above the fans.
Leaving the fireteam and re-joining will place your character in the encounter again. Otherwise, you have to navigate the fans again.
