I found a work around!!! You will need a friend to make this work. Load into a character that you haven't started the new season with. (I don't know about characters that have started, but quit the quest). When the seasonal opener starts and you arrive on Europa: >Have a friend join up with you. >Make them party lead. >Swap characters to one that didn't progress correctly. >Rejoin your friend with the problem character. >Finish the quest, and let it take you to the helm. That should force the game to make Clovis give you the More Than A Weapon quest. Enjoy!
