Cross-save, unlink XBOX/PS account that has already been deleted
Hi There,
I need assistance and I have tried every option.
So months ago I tried to unlink my xbox and ps accounts from my bungie crossave to replace with others.
I tried to unlink but it said I had to wait 90days, and if I bought silver it would reset the counter again to 90days.
This is finally did.
Once 90 days passed it let me unlink my xbox account. so I delete the xbox account, but then it reappeared on my xbox - to be authenitcate. I cannot do this because I cant sign in because I closed it. So its there forever now...
Now I want to unlink my PS and it wants me to verify my xbox (the one deleted) before I do that. Now Im stuck

If you delete an xbox /steam/ Sony account your cross save set up is permanent.

Edited by bob734625: 12/7/2022 12:15:04 PMNothing can be done. It is stuck that way if you deleted the linked account. Only you can make changes to cross save linked accounts and if you cannot authenticate "All" linked accounts then no changes can be made. That's the way it stays forever.
