Typical.
One side mad cause the old stuff got taken out.
Another side mad that it’s been repurposed and put back in.
Just play the game…or don’t…

Looks like most took the latter option!

Good. This shakeout of the player base has been three years coming and is long overdue.

Nobody should be happy with so much recycled shite..... Destiny is a lame horse that needs taken out the back & put out its misery!!!!

Edited by kellygreen45: 12/7/2022 1:02:06 PMIf you’re unhappy with what you are receiving, then take your money somewhere else and pay for the level of service you want. But demanding luxury service at economy prices doesn’t make you a smart consumer. It makes you look like someone who doesn’t understand what he’s buying.
-
Bungo has a tight grip on you I see!!!
-
No. Maturity and individual responsibility have their grip on me. I expect to be paid for my work, so I don’t resent other being paid for theirs. If I’m unhappy with the product or service? I take my business somewhere else that does provide satisfactory work.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

You would have only surprised me if you’d said something else….

Kelly is a known bungie apologist, just ignore it. You’ll never convince it to side on the opposite fence as bungie. At this point we are sll pretty sure its a bungie mole
-
Sorry you feel that way. But anyone who doesn’t immediately blame Bungie for every frustration and unhappiness, and sign on with the hive-mind narrative get attacked, shamed and called either a “corporate shill” or “Bungie apologist” Bit of advice. Trying to make be feel bad for trying to be fair, reasonable, and willing to think for myself and go against the crowd when warranted? Waste of your time. But hey, it’s your time. You do you….
-
Oh i dont just feel that way, it is a common theme.
-
Which says more about the toxicity of this place than it says about me. As does your desire to try to insult and shame people for “daring”to have a different view of things than you. Enjoy your day.

K, sure the checks in the mail

Bungie couldn’t afford me….
-
How about we meet in the middle, don’t remove paid for content and create new fresh content. Problem solved!
-
No. Because that would create the problems that CDPR spent all this time trying to fix with Cyberpunk. A game that essentially won’t run on last-gen hardware.
-
Funny how the game runs just as bad if not worse even with all the sunset content as it did when it was in the game. The game is poorly optimized as is and runs on spaghetti code. The bugs and poor performance have gotten worse in the past year then it’s ever been.
-
Depends on what platform you are playing on, and where you are playing. The game has always run poorly on last-gen hardware, which is WHY the content had to be put into the DCV in the first place. I still remember the night it took my PS4pro 7 minutes to load into the Tower. I went and bought an outboard SSD the next day. But Bungie isn't the only dev who is having this problem. CDPR couldn't get Cyberpunk to run on those obsolete machindes...and even devs like Bethesda talked about having to stream content to players on these platforms in order to deal with their limitations so that the the console version of ESO played like the PC version. But if you are playing the game on PC or current-gen hardware....and in the US? No problems. I spent yesterday afternoon playing the first part of the new season on XBSX....and the next part on PS5? ...and it ran flawlessly. Though I hear European players have had issues with connectivity due to differences in the quality of internet infrastructure between various countries in Europe and those in the Middle East that they sometimes find themselves connected to.
-
Load times have gotten worse even on current gen consoles. I play on ps5 and sometimes I can’t even load armor properly in the tower. The past three seasons it has become more noticeable. The bugs every season are also becoming more prevalent. I ran cyberpunk when it first came out on a ps4 pro and it ran great for me, only a few hiccups here and there.

Edited by kellygreen45: 12/7/2022 9:49:54 PMBecause they've been synchronized to occur along with those who are still on last-gen machines. So everyone shows up around the same time, instead of those with current gen machines loading in some 30 or 40 seconds sooner than everyone else. Bugs are a fact of life with software...If you insist on software being perfect, you **really** need to consider another hobby.
I ran cyberpunk when it first came out on a ps4 pro and it ran great for me, only a few hiccups here and there.
Then you are a statistical outlier of the HIGHEST order. I played the game on Stadia....one of the best running platforms other than PC....and the bugs were NUMEROUS. None of them particular game-breaking...but they are noticeable and frequent. So if you telling the truth, then consider yourself lucky and be grateful. Because i gaurentee you that your experience wasn't typical. Sony is NOTORIOUS for not giving refunds on games. But the situation was so bad that they actually gave them out for Cyberpunk and DELISTED the game from the PSN store for three or four months. Then when it came back they warned players not to buy the game on PS4 due to performance issues. Something they would not have done over a game that "ran great" with "only a few hiccups here and there."

Tow that line

Yeah. Reality is like that…always.

We get it jelly, back to strikes you go

Sure thing, all heat and no light. Easy to complain. Much harder to understand and propose solutions. Especially when all you’re looking to do is insult people and assign blame. Carry on.

Oh there are plenty of suggestion, forums filled with them.
