  • I've done that and the following: Signed in via all 6 of my platform accounts, Epic/XBOX/PSN/Steam/Twitch/Stadia on my normal chrome tab and an incognito chrome tab. Cleared the cookies and cache multiple times. On both my normal tab and incognito. Tried signing in using the SUBMIT FORM button on the missing emblem page. Tried using mobile/ipad/pc to login and have the same issue. It also says NEW USER SETUP when I click on my profile picture which makes no sense as I've been on here since mid 2014.

  • Just to be 100% correct when you say "different account" do you mean platform account such as xbox instead of steam etc.. Or another bungie account?

  • What browser are you using? Are you using InPrivate or Incognito mode? If so, this could be the issue, as these modes do not retain login cookies. I would recommend changing to regular mode and trying again.

  • I use Chrome, I've tried all platform accounts in normal mode/incognito/inprivate and on different browsers and still no change.

  • Please try using a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge. Also, please try using your mobile device and see if the issue occurs there as well;
