I've never seen the Destiny community so united.
Everyone hating this season, Bungie getting called out for their BS etc.... They've finally managed to do it... they've finally united the community and made people feel part of something more than just themselves.
Congratulations Bungo.

This is the forum, it’s the opposite of the community. Every game has one, Battlefield has Forumfield. It’s sort of like a garbage bin with rotten potatoes. Gotta open the lid now and then for legit reasons, like networking or other troubleshooting, but the stink’ll be there, once you lift the lid.

I've got no issue with the Saint and Osiris -blam!- except it's a massive retcon but it's been that way for like 2 years. Me and most other people are tired of Bungie's handling of the franchise.

14 RepliesROFL. The community isn’t “united”. 1. You are seeing the usual end-of-season tantrums. Where people who have exhausted the content come here and rage about how much they hate the game. Bungie doesn’t care…and that the game is dying. This happens every season and will disappear on Tuesday when the new season starts. 2. What IS different is you have a group of disgruntled pvp content creators/streamers who are pissed off at Bungie for the nerfs to in-air accuracy, weapon stability, and the return of SBMM to the game. These changes make it difficult for these “players” to look dominant, and therefore it’s a threat to their livelihoods. So they are deliberately trying to create a negative buzz around the game. In hopes they can pressure Bungie into backing down.

This isn’t united, it’s simply boredom. We get waaaay more “united” than this when dev notes can in any way be construed as having been streamer influenced. Watch 60 new posts go up spamming the forums with rage.

What is that "something" though? It's not really a something larger when it's just some people that drown out any opposing view. I don't really see anyone taking any responsibility for anything in your something and that's the first sign it's probably not really anything at all.

Is this supposed to be a out of season April fools joke. Get real we’re at each other’s throats constantly here with “it’s either going with “my” idea so “I” have better experience or have a -blam!- kiddy tantrum and start an arguement ” seriously have you seen the forums have you seen some of the comments, we have never been more divided. The last we came together was saying “no” to sunsetting our gear and when that was over with we were back at each other’s throats all bark an no bite as usual.

2 RepliesUn-united more like it. The one complaining are the one who preordered prematurely, and now want a refund or got refunds knowing how bad some if not most of the seasons are mid-terrible. People keep expecting something drastically different to happen before bungie is saying anything. And it’s been said before they don’t want to give info before they know it’s for sure going to happen. They’ve given info before being sure before and lied. Not enough of us are factoring in the past before we pre order. That’s a huge issue. Problem is also most of you will get hyped again because of the new season.
