Does throwing a suppressor grenade affect a bubble? If not then no.

Does damage it ever so slightly. Honestly I'm curious to know if a bubble can be destroyed by any other means than a super.

I thought it was tied to your resilience stat. I'm not sure, but I know my bubble has started to look weaker (weird floating holes in the bubble) after 3 enemy guardians just start unloading on it with primaries.

Whenever i see someone pop a bubble, either the titan dies, the super runs out, or a shutdown super destroys it. I know what you're talking about with the holes showing up, but its only ever happened to me in pve.

I think that's because most people know to just ignore a bubble once it's called in, its rare to get people to just team shoot it in 6's. It'd be nice if instead of a Bubble timer, they gave you an integrity count where you could see what percentage of bubble you have left.
