What emblume are you trying to get? I see you have the hunters emblume from completing the red war campaign.
Edit: it looks like your only missing three from whats in your collection, 2 are tied to a subclass the other is tied to content that been vaulted.

What emblume are you talking about in the original post, there are multiple emblumes related to a character not just one. Buy whats in your collections one hunter emblume is tied to unlocking void an solar subclass. The other used to be part of the old campaign that has been vaulted but was stated bungie that they would make it a world drop but havent seen anything stated buy then that its been added.
