Sunspots reset restoration timer to a lower value.
Sunspots reset restoration time back to 5 seconds when current restoration is higher than 5 seconds.
This is easily replicable with throwing hammer & Ember of Empyrean fragment.
1. Proc sunspot with throwing hammer final blow.
2. Enter sunspot to gain restoration for 5 seconds & pick up throwing hammer.
3. Get another throwing hammer final blow to proc Ember of Empyrean, gaining extra time for restoration.
4. Enter any of your sunspot afterwards & your restoration is reset back to 5 seconds.
Why even use Ember of Empyrean as it reduces resilience by 10 points.
This might also apply to Radiant.
