Did you get your Moments of Triumph 2021 T-Shirt?
Hello!
Has anyone received their 2021 Moments of Triumph T-Shirt?
I got a notification a couple of months back saying it was 2-3 weeks away but still nothing.
Bungie Store support have been no help, they can't provide any confirmation of where it is or any ETA. Since it's been so long I assume it's lost and asked for a refund, but they won't do that either.
I think waiting 11 months for a product is patient enough, but it seems they've just taken my money and are not willing to do anything to make it right or even check if it's even been dispatched.
Anyone in the same boat?

No, and I never will buy something I earned , it's insanity, it's not a reward if you have to pay for it And even if that wasn't the case , Bungie store has terrible shipping, I have seen thousands of posts of people still waiting on there order You might get it when Destiny 5 is released -

This ain't unusual. You'll get it, eventually, just might take a year or two. After all, Bungo got "more important" things to do, like game testing 🐛🪰🪳🦟

Same boat. I haven't gotten mine. Ordered it on the very first day it was available - Dec 7th 2021. Several times I got a notice from the Bungie Store saying that it was 2-3 weeks away from shipping, starting as early as in May. We're now about to head into November. For an item that was advertised as shipping 3-4 months after order, this is completely unacceptable. I'm gonna try mailing them for a refund as well, actually.

To clarify the timelines here. - Ordered Jan 2022. It was always advertised as having a long lead time, still using the "COVID issues" excuse, but whatever, I knew it would take a long time. - Last notification was end of August 2022, saying it was 2-3 weeks away. I waited about 4-5 weeks before contacting support for an update. They "can't track individual items". - Have tried a dispute with PayPal but since the order was placed so long ago, it's passed their their cut-off. Feels like the perfect scam, give a long lead time, then don't deliver the item so the customer has zero recourse.

Put the credit card payment in dispute if you are having issues. Companies seem to pay attention to customers once they do that.
