Won't this end up being one more barrier for new players when gathering materials?

If it's a toggle option in settings or something that kicks in once you're +1 or 2 over the power cap I don't see how that would present an issue.

Should be able to toggle what engrams go the the vault so when your high enough power that blues are no longer needed you can toggle a postmaster option that stops them from being sent. That way new players can still get blues/ materials while levelling.
