Bug report: Duality teleports still buggy after 6.2.5
Bug can be seen in action in attached streamable link. Occasionally, when starting the boss damage phase in the final encounter of Duality, you do not get teleported into the nightmare realm, making it impossible to stun/damage Caiatl and wasting the phase. This is after the Duality bug fixes introduced in 6.2.5.
