If you're playing a single invis player, you can usually track the player using audio cues. However, when you play a full team of invis players, you need to be smart: * Don't stand in a lane that can be challenged from more than one angle. Use a grenade to hold off an angle if you have to. * Understand that linear fusions will not glow while someone is invis, so you'll need to play a little closer to cover * Keep shooting as the Hunter dodges and keep the fire up even if you can't see his health bar * Keep your communications with your team quiet, so you can hear movement. Also, give concise location callouts, so your team gets notified of flanks right away * Barricades ruin Void Hunters' day. If you're worried about a flank, drop a Barricade. In my opinion, the best way to counter invis is by using audio cues. However, the ambient noise on certain maps (Looking at you, Burnout!!) is too loud to hear much. Unfortunately, there's not a lot to do about it

  • Hey Guardian. I've rised the In-Game Effect Volumes and now things are going much better. Probably that ws one of my issues. Still trying to get familiar with other aspects but generically speaking now that I can "hear" better things have become much easier =)

  • yeah i’ve never had any problem with invis hunters because I listen for their audio cues, you can hear them when they jump, when they are running, and it’s hard to miss them unless they are really far away (you’d still see their outline if you are paying attention). Tip for far away invis enemies is when you peak any angle make sure to immediately put your eyes on the common peaking angles and be ready to get into a fight almost immediately after you peak, also position yourself so you can easily retreat if you do enter an engagement. For the footsteps, i always hear them unless i’m like blasting music or speaking with friends.

  • Nice! I sometimes can't hear them like I want. Which headset are you using?

  • honestly I’ve used 2 headsets and I could hear footsteps pretty clearly. My old one was a razer kraken and the one I use right now is uh Steelseries Arctis something, it’s bluetooth and black colored. It’s pretty popular you’ll find it rather quickly
