I'll get right to the point:
1. resilience in PvE must be nerfed.
40% damage reduction is just too much of a good thing.
20% - maybe 25% at the very most is absolutely enough.
2. mobility is useless.
Only hunters need it for their class ability.
Therefore -> Mobility must be buffed.
But not the value itself, but mobility should be replaced or rather supplemented by something useful.
Maybe reload speed? Here again max. 20-25%.
3. recovery is OK as it is, but I would buff it a bit for PvE.
Finally, in my opinion, all class ability stats should be made linearly increasing, as it is with mobility.

7 years of Resilience being useless in PvE and now you want it nerfed? How about Buffing Mobility and Recovery to be on the same level as Resilience?

I agree with all except I do think recovery is fine as it is and doesn’t need any changes. Resilience needs to be 20% at max and linear increases. I’d give mobility increased AE or slide distance with each tier.
