Both emblems were bugged at the time their raid launched and it took a couple of weeks to fix the trackers.
Any carries during the bugged period didn't count as the fix wasn't retroactive
Your in-game tracker (the one Bungie rewards checks) says you have 8/10 carries for Vow and 5/10 carries for KF
