I don’t know if it drops anymore since I haven’t gotten one in a long while, so it’s likely that the only way to get one now would probably be xur or gunsmith.
Honestly, you’d be better off trying to get a good roll on a newer sniper.

Thanks =) I already have other better Snipers =/ mine is just a caprice for collection purpose, something secondary to do when I have nothing to chase =)
