Traveller's chosen is probably your go to due to the insane buff it will have later in the season. It's already the most deadly sidearm with how it's exotic perks work. Either more ability spam or you get insane aa with other goodies when you don't eat up the stacked charges after kills. Now throw surplus on top with the upcoming buff, yeah this gun will be broken and deadly.
