This needs to be fixed. Especially since there are triumphs/challenges tied to flawless runs. It sucks to get to the last room of an activity, and your first death occurs because a teammate killed you.

Yeah, I was trying to go flawless on Ketchcrash. Open a search for a fireteam and close to the end some random decide to kill some os us with the Sword. Then he left the fireteam.

Our leader just left as soon as we killed the boss, he stood back by the chests all fight now in hindsight I see why lol
