Unfortunately, if your name change has been used, even if it was used by accident, some other unintended method, or you want the old one back, this is the name you are stuck with until Bungie allows another. No exceptions are made. I understand, but I still ask for an exception. I'm only recently back in the game and am unfamiliar with Bungie's new policies. There's a war going on in my country and I wanted to support the defenders of my country this way, but I didn't know that the nickname only changes once. I'm asking the developers to just roll back my choice and show that they are loyal to the old players. I would be very happy.

There are no exceptions. The name you have now is the one you're stuck with.
