This post is so arrogant it kind of hurts. Here's my take. You claim to have the ability to write Final Shape better than what the team is going to do. If that's the case, would you have better grammar? Would it be more coherent and less entitled? Next: Why would you want to get rid of the content that keeps the in between of DLCs from getting dry? You say you played during the vanilla D1, but do you not remember how terrible the game was between Dark Below and House of Wolves? Or House of Wolves to Taken King? It was DRY. There was nothing to do other than chase more loot. If you seriously believe that you would do so much better at Destiny, submit an application. Get interviewed. Go there and show them all of the ideas.

 • Firstly I'm already studying python so I can apply. Secondly it's pathetic that I have to and bungie relies on their community to fix their game. Thirdly destiny one played better and there was no such thing as FOMO. All seasonal content does is drive fomo into the heart of the community deeper and deeper each week. As well if you remember in D1 they said eververse was going to replace dlc and here we are paying three separate fees to play this haphazardly maintained game. D1 had plenty of drought but that's from lack of events. seasonal content would imply it would come into rotation In next year's season. Not just about 80% of the game stays vaulted with the number only climbing each season. I completely understand that you may think this is arrogance. But this is rage for a game I love directed into something constructive. I've spent countless hours debating with myself and others, about the game and its balancing. honestly I'd be confident that I do it more than almost anyone on their team as is. I've made note of just about everything they could EASILY fix if they weren't lazy and out of touch. I'm not just one of the people that will just leave the game. I'm not going to just hate without good reason. I genuinely want better for this game than the development team can even care to make the game. I just wish I had a direct line to talk to them to get them to fix it themselves cause I'd prefer to not go into game development I literally have better things to do with my time. But unfortunately I'm deeply in love with this game and unsatisfied at the same time. We have at least another 2 to 3 years of this. I'd prefer it be it's best. Is there anything that drives you crazy about the game personally?

 • As a software developer myself. You need to work as a developer yourself before applying to bungie. They will never take someone who taught themselves a coding language.

 •
Fair and reasonable... ok so as a developer where would be some good starts to work on my repituar?
The only real safe choice to make is go find a university to study game design. You could also study computer science, but then you should find other companies that develop rpgs and shooters first and at least get 5 years of experience. A company like bungie wants you to have very high professional background of developing rpg and shooter games. And no, playing these kinds of games give you no background at all. And without studying it on a university I think the chances of getting in there are insanely low.

 • I mean I'm going to try anyway but that's my reason I haven't gone through with this already. It genuinely would be better if the community actually helped people that want the game to be better instead of choking on bungies nuts... is there any university or school you'd suggest?
