You do have a voice..... but you are one of hundreds of other vocal members of the community.
You also have your view point but Bungie has to consider any new content or changes that affect thousands of other players. What you want may be not what the community or even good for the game in the long run.
Bungie has to cover everyone which takes a team of developers and hundreds of feedback posts.
Also the final say comes down to professional game developers with years of experience in these matters.

So I understand where you're coming from as the voice of thousands go. But when it comes to making content that everyone likes that's actually the job of a game developer. so I personally don't think its out of the possibility that someone does have an idea that would revolutionize the game and sit well with a vast amount of players. It's just a matter of getting that idea to the dev team and to present it in a fashion that would convince them its a wise business move.
