Your question would best be asked to Discord support.
The Announcement Channel system and getting that info on your own server is a Discord thing; Bungie has no control over it.

Already contacted discord...no issues there. I have announcements setup from at least 5 other servers, only the Bungie server isn't working. What's interesting about "Bungie has no control over it" is I made this same complaint to DE about a Warframe server about 2 years ago, they fixed it on their end next day.
