Just curious, do you have one in your Vault or were your consumables full at the time?
You can only hold one Exotic Cipher at a time, and if you have it in your vault, it'll just disappear into the void.
If your consumables were full, then it would've also disappeared into the void because they don't go to the Postmaster.

So it's just gone, like that? That's awful. It didn't even let me know that there was no room in my inventory. That should be looked into by the devs. Don't they have a system to alert you when your bounty inventory is full? Why not just use that same system for Exotic Cyphers? Is there any way to contact support so they can give me an Exotic Cypher? I have no clue how to contact them about my issue. I've done some reading and it looks like they don't really seem to care about this problem though... so maybe it's not even worth bothering :/ Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it.

I have no clue how to contact them about my issue.[/quote] Unfortunately, there is not; the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048717732-Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy]Deleted Item Policy[/url] states that they do not recover or grant items that are lost to full inventories. Also, the forums are the best way to contact Bungie's support team.
