Why would you want that mod on your armor?
It makes you recieve more damage.

It gives a damage increase that stacks multiplicatively with transcendent blessing, giving a damage increase greater than just using 5 transcendent blessings. And the increased damage you receive is unnoticeable, if you did feel the need to offset it there are like 12 different ways to get damage resist now

In previous tests the curse was 3% more per and blessing was 5% per. Did that change?

Not sure where you heard that but it is not the case. To the best of my knowledge it has always both been 5%
