This glitch ruined my solo flawless attempt the other night and now again tonight. I have two recorded videos on Xbox of this happening at both 70% Hp and 25% Hp left on Cital.
Bungie, is there anyway you can rectify this situation? Is there a way a Game Manager can get involved in this type of scenario? This is extremely frustrating and perhaps merits a refund situation as the dungeon is paid content yet it doesn’t work as advertised or intended.

Just an update on this: I was able to work around the issue show in the clip simply by not using the middle bell the entire encounter. Only use left and right bell and don’t shoot middle and you will be safely ported into the nightmare realm each time. Finally dragged myself back into it and tried it this way and it worked, so I wanted to share in case anyone else is only dying to middle bell transport in the final boss encounter.
